We are a private buying office for investors and homeowners in London. We don’t list property — we represent the people buying it, bringing analysis, access and accountability to a market where most of the information you see is designed to sell.

London is one of the world’s great property markets — and one of the easiest to buy badly in. Pricing varies street by street, scheme quality varies floor by floor, and nearly every agent, portal and brochure a buyer sees is working for the seller.

Our role is to cut through that. We analyse the market independently, draw on fifteen years of relationships with London’s developers, agents and professionals to secure access and terms that work for you, and manage the entire purchase — so your decision is measured, well-evidenced and fully supported from first search through to completion.

Denis Akopov

For over fifteen years I worked at the centre of the London property market — advising clients on more than €100 million of transactions and helping over 500 buyers, sellers and investors reach the right decision.

I founded and ran a boutique London agency across sales, lettings and property management, built on honest advice, long-term relationships and a level of service that kept clients coming back. After selling the agency, I chose to continue on the side of the table I always found most interesting: the buyer’s. ADEN & Partners is that continuation — the same standards, now working exclusively for the people purchasing property.

Running an agency teaches you exactly how the selling side works — how pricing is set, how incentives are framed, and where the genuinely good deals quietly go. That is precisely the knowledge a buyer needs on their side of a London purchase, and it is what our clients engage us for.

Alongside London, Cyprus is our second market, run from our Paphos office at adens.cy. For clients who want a Mediterranean base, a yield story or a residency route alongside a London asset, we manage the purchase there end to end — one firm, accountable across both markets.
